I am highly concerned about the position the timeshare has put me in. The lack of respect and empathy this company has is disgusting and I wish me and my sister had never invested any money into this company. I even had a negative experience with the collection agency. They were very rude and not helpful about my situation. Before my sister passed away, we were reaching out to Vacation Village about the issues that we had. They even sent us a hardship assistance offer because of our issues but they stated that since we owed them money, they were unable to assist. The thing is both me and my sister were having health issues. My sister's health declined quickly and she passed away in July of 2022. I informed the timeshare of her passing to see if they could continue with the hardship. They didn't even attempt to help me and told me that I was in collections. How can a company be so heartless? They stated they couldn't even talk to me but I would need to speak with Aspen National Collections. When I called the collection agency, they were rude and talked down to me. They didn't care about what I was going through but were more concerned about me making payments. It's so unfortunate to be treated so poorly when we invested so much money into these timeshares. My sister and I purchased 4 timeshares and no I'm alone in this. I cannot handle 4 timeshares alone and I need this canceled! I truly need your assistance in this matter so I hope you can help me. Resolution Sought Cancel Timeshares.
