Purchased Showboat tickets and it requires you to come to a random office 4 hours ahead of event to pick up tickets that were purchased at full price! Feel that it should have been stated that I had to go to 3608 W 76 County BLVD Branson MO to pick up tickets! Very unsafe and simply wanted to buy show tickets without being harassed. When I asked for a refund they kept 50 plus of my paid amount. Most likely a timeshare scam yet charging full price for tickets! Resolution Sought Full refund
