On 08/07/2021 I bought a 2013 Cadillac CTS coupe with a 3 month warranty. On the drive drive home the front end had something to fail an cause a serious vibration, I took the car back to the dealer the next weekend, 08/14/2021 and left it with them. They called me on 08/17/2021 an told me that they found the problem.an ordered the part. They offerd a courtesy car but I declined, with the thought I would get the car back the next week. So on 08/27/2021 they said that part they orderd did not fix the problem, and they were sending the car to a Cadillac dealership for them to fix. On 09/01/2021 told me waitin on parts. On 09/08/2021 they told me it would be 2 weeks. 09/15/2021 I called an got the run around. 09/17 /2021 I called an asked to talk to the General Manager but to no avail. On 09/20/2021 I made the first car payment. They have had this car the whole time. It was in my possession for only one week.
