On 10/19/24, Vail Auctioneers held an on-line surplus auction, at that auction I purchased a iMac 1418 computer (lot 667) two(2) grams of gold (lot 410cc), five(5) grams of gold(lot 442bb) and one(1) $5 gold coin (lot 270aa) —that was paid for with my debit card ($1445.10). I finally picked up the box on 12/01/24 -because I stay on the go making ends meet—when I opened the box to check the contents I found that lot 442bb only contained three(3) of the five(5) grams of gold that had been paid for and surprisingly the usual practice of submitting a receipt of the contents of the box was missing—-this kind of upset me because it directly made me think of foul play- because it should carry the name of the handler of person packing the order— I emailed them upon becoming aware of the situation which was 12:36 am on 12/02/24 — I spent $153 on the two grams of gold plus fees and shipping and handling and insurance —The $153 is .1511 of the total base bill of $1012.50 — And if I don't get my gold that I paid for—I want that percentage of the total bill ($218.35) returned to my debit card. Resolution Sought First course of action: I would like the business to send me my 2 grams of gold because time has went by and the chances of me getting gold at that price now is slim Second course of action: l would like them to return that percentage (.1511) of the total bill($1445.10) to the card that was used in this transaction ($218.35) and l reiterate I want my gold that I purchased.
