My girlfriend & I and my service dog went to 7-11 this morning for some coffee. The cashier asked to see my service dog papers,so I pulled them up on my phone as my girlfriend was getting her a coffee. As him and I walked towards the coffee machine, he said a therapy dog is not a" service dog". We told him it is and he slapped the coffee out of MY girlfriends hand, so him & I exchanged words as he pulled out a baseball bat!! We left the store.
