I've been renting Boyd Ave in Martinsburg West Virginia since February of 2022, when I applied I originally was approved for a home in Waynesboro Pennsylvania and was rushed to get assistance from mwrap. After valley properties received a check for the house they said someone else had rented it from under us but they had a place in West Virginia. At the time we were homeless and took the first place we could. They moved us in with no money then rushed us to apply for assistance in WV threatening eviction paperwork because the assistance we applied for was taking to long either we need to pay or they are going to file. The house we moved into does not have a certificate of compliance and has 53 current violations that are being ignored. I have filed a appeal through court and sent a certificate demand letter Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs and damages of properties as well as emotional damage
