A Valley Protein truck had a spillage on highway and several vehicles ran through it, no signs put up indicating a spillage. I called the Ward,S.C. plant and spoke with a Supervisor about the incident. He told me to get my car cleaned and send him the bill and he would submit the bill for reimbursement. The bill was approved and a check would arrive within 2 weeks. Been 4 weeks and no check. Several calls have been made by me but all I'm getting is the 'runaround'. From Supervisors , Gen. Mgr, and HR, still no positive result. Resolution Sought Pay me the money I spent to clean my car due to their spillage !
