I took my 2000 Cadillac Escalade to have the ecm changed an programmed they've had it 7 months giving me the run around an saying that I needed more part as the months progress, well now their saying that my truck got wet on the inside of the vehicles while sitting in their parking lot an it fried all my electrical in the dash an engine bay area now here's now power what so ever they told me the best thing to do is to part the truck out or sell as is well my truck was running when I brought it to them an that truck used to belong to my grandparents which they left to me so it's a sentimental to me I've invested alot of money into that truck to keep my grandparents memory alive now I don't know what to do. Mr. Broadus towed his Caddillac Escalde last year and asked if we could help him with some issues he has had with the vehicle. We informed him that most of the parts needed to work on his vehicles has been discontinued and we would not be able to help him. He insisted that he could get us used parts and bring it to us. We normally dont do this for customers, but my staff in service wanted to try to help him as this vehilce had sentimental value to him. We attempted to help him with this. His vehicle now will start and he can pick up his car anythime. He has a bill for $944.50 for the labor, on the parts we installed for him. We also charge $25 per day for vehicles left here unpaid. This charge will also start if Mr. Broadus does not come and get his vehilce by Monday 03/11/2024. The Cadillac was also brought to us with duck tape on the windshield from the customer, which is where we think, the leak has coming from. We asked the customer if he would like to pay for a diasnostic test to see where the leak is coming from and he declined to do so. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. *** Per company: Since our response Mr. Broadus picked up the vehicle and we did not charge any fee to make sure our client was happy and satisfied.
