I purchased a horse blanket for the clearance price less than 60.00 making the blanket 90.00. The company invoiced the item at full price and charged tax accordingly. This was the first inaccuracy. The second was a drug for horses made by Boeringer called Valley Vet invoiced the drug as a clearance item reflecting the retail price as 100.00 with a clearance price of 40 dollars as they took the 60 clearance price off of this invoice. COMPLETELY INACCURATE. The is a best seller and very popular drug for horses. I can't submit this invoice to the manufacturer for a rebate. I'm sure that the drug company would not be happy that Valley Vet is selling. One of the best selling products as a clearance item. Valley Vet's position on both invoices was they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to send a call tag and that both items were completely unopened and in tact. Chantal ( supervisor) sent an un related call tag , no mention of Valley Vet just said it was from UPS. I asked her about sending that a call tag like that and she responded by saying " I hung up on her." Her petty and punitive excuse has no business in the customer service department of any company. She insisted on talking over me and I ended the call by saying "Just send me a call tag." My complaint is mainly with her and the mishandling of the problem. If you genuinely don't want to or can't help people or solve problems, go work somewhere and don't deal with any people who need help. Resolution Sought I want a speedy refund and I won't be back. What should have happened was since I couldn't use either invoice was they should have offered a credit of some kind. But instead it was put up and shut up. No thank you.
