Start making everybody wear face mask

My problem right now is that this has station is not making their customers wear face mask and it's not fair to the other customers who are trying to stay safe. The COVID-19 is KILLING people and they seem to not care. They told a black customer that they couldn't serve them without a mask but then serves a white customer without a mask. It hit home for me because I know people that's close to me with the COVID-19. I would really appreciate if something was done about this matter if not I'll figure out who's the higher authorities that I need to reach out to.. Please feel free to call me to let me know how this will be resolved. Start making everybody wear face mask
