Consumer states; Ever since my low interest loan was sold 3 years ago. My new mortgage company Valon almost yearly is added charges that they will not give me to companies or phone number that I can confirm increases. On top of these charges, they have changed my homeowners insurance without my approval. Telling me tax increases that when I call. Tell me there is no increase. I have tried calling texting emailing them with no response. Senator Kevin McCarthy's office has mislead me several times. The last to the CFPB. They wrote my mortgage company a letter. After 2 months there response was. The charges are for a projected escrow account increase. I wrote my mortgage company and said any increases to my mortgage I will pay direct, once I can confirm increase. I'm 71. I'm in care of a son 52 on SSA with metal problems. If someone don't help soon. We could lose our home and be forced to live on the street. Resolution Sought This mortgage company, Valon is now stating as of last month that I'm 25 days late in payments and owe them $2100.00 on a monthly mortgage payment of $1125.00. Please help us. How can they project something that has not even been confirmed. I should not have to pay on something projected at all!
