Not sure what the procedure is but these people are deceiving people to get business
Called and was told there was a 2 bath 2 bedroom available for rent for 850 had to show proof of income and fill out a application for pre approval and then would be shown the model . Company advertised veterans discounts After filling out the application was told rent was 290 a week and would be 1165 unless was a 5 week would be more there was no discount given for my vet grandfather who was applying was then told the property was not available to see and was shown pictures
