Terrible Company

If I could give this company & AcceptanceNOW ZERO stars I would. My wife and I ordered new furniture for our home and the whole experience was terrible. After multiple failed deliveries and rescheduling on their time and not mine this was a disaster. Also, during a delivery for our glass table they broke top of the glass. I was able to get a replacement but their customer service, dispatch and manger are useless. We also financed our furniture with AcceptanceNOW and made every payment on time and the last payment they seemed to have never received via mail. So it turned out the same as cash promotion is out the door and we are stuck paying off the entire bill along with the now interest that was accessed. Avoid contacting this company.
We are seeking assistance from the BBB, Attorney General and other resources because this is not right.
