I purchased a sofa and a dresser on February 19, 2024, during the delivery the delivery guys only brought the sofa and dresser, the dresser mirror was not attached, when ask where is the mirror the driver stated it broke in the delivery truck, after numerous of time contacting Value city, I spoke with a manager who states they couldn't order me another mirror and will be refunded 50,00, Never received the 50.00, and the dresser was 350.00 with the huge mirror. I'm tired of getting the run around. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the mirror and it was definitely worth more than 50.00.

In April, 2022, I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Value City Furniture. I spent over $2000.00 on the set with a 5 year warranty. Upon delivery June 15, 2022, I noticed that the table that folds down in the center of the sofa was bent, I told the delivery crew that it was bent. They said that the sofa would be fine to allow it time to settle from shipment. Now, my husband became very ill and unfortunately, passed away sept 07, 2022. I've been dealing with so much until summer of 2023. I then called to remind VCF they needed to address the situation. I've not heard one word. I still have warranty on the junk furniture and they won't honor my warranty. All of you need to know what Tunis company is doing to people. I may be alone now, but I'll fight to the end. Resolution Sought Honor your warranty that we purchase on your junk furniture or fight it out in court.
