We paid our federal tax online with this company thinking it would be okay. Total of $772.00 for our taxes. We paid this on February 25th ,2023 to USA TAX with a confirmation number from them of # 3853334. This amount was taking out of our checking account on February 27th,2023. Then months later we received a letter from the IRS that we didn't pay our taxes. I have sent letters to the IRS with this confirmation. So I called the IRS today they told me I would have to call PAY USA I did but cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to on hold for 62 minutes. What to do now we cannot afford to pay our taxes again !!! Please help us. Resolution Sought Would like USA PAY TAXES to release our money and pay the taxes for what it was intended for plus pay the penalty.
