I paid to have struts and shocks replaced and wen I got my car in return the vehicle barely cuts off. There are two lights on my dash board now. That weren't there before hand.. the owner says it's not there responsibility my car does not shut off as normal cars should Resolution Sought O would like the business to have my vehicle repaired to its noal state of operations and take ownership of the damage they've done

Mr. Truitt complaint is that his car shuts off and there are two lights on his dashboard are on. It appears from Mr. Truitt statement are that we replaced shocks and struts on his vehicle. Without proof of receipt we can't agree with Mr. Truitt statement. I do se an invoice made in our system with having replaced other suspension items on a 201 Mazada Three! Either or suspension work has nothing to do with a car shutting off and causing light on a dashboard to appear. Suspension has to do with a car aligning properly to the subframe. If a vehicle has a lot of suspension problems it causes other components with suspension to go bad. We at Value Xpress honor our warranty on parts and work replaced at our facility.

Brought car in for crankshaft sensor twice was not fixed paid 450 .00 dallors passenger vent was left on floor two days later called back to tell him car still was not running right he hung up on me this all happened on 11 16 21 and 11 19 21 now car will not start at all. We had used scanner to see what was wrong with vehicle. After we had told customer they needed to replace two crank shaft sensors. For us to replace them $450, he agreed to the repairs. He returned the following day and came back the next day we put it on the machine and cleared the codes. He left and returned again informing of the same issues. We again placed it on the machine and it no longer came up with the codes for the crank sensors. We informed him the codes were no longer coming up and perhaps the issue with the computer. He was directed to go to the dealership as the ECM might be bad, we haven't heard from him since.
