On May 20,2022 I purchased a STEAM gift card for my grandson. Within 5 minutes we were in my car and he scratched off the code on the back and attempted to use the card. The card had been compromised and had a ZERO balance. I took it back into CVS in Barberton. The manager said the cards are non refundable and there's nothing they can do. I got a # to contact Steam from another company #425-889-9642. I've been leaving messages on their voice mail but they haven't returned my call. Resolution Sought I am requesting a refund.
