I will never go back to that location I will find a different place to get my oil changed the place is ran down and it's not a good location to go to

A mechanic came out and asked what I was getting done to my vehicle. I told him an oil change waited 43 minutes to get in at that time I told him I only had 15 minutes to do the oil change. He said he didn't have enough time refused my service and open the door and told me to go.
