On 1 14 2022 I GOT A OIL CHANGE AFTER I LEFT I STARTED tO SMELL OIL IT WAS BAD I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY SPILLED OIL AND DID NOT PUT THE GASKET on IN WHICH IS Required with every oil change for my car and I reminded him and it still was not done. The smell got worse I went back again and than again I called corporate I spoke to Danita and than Lisa who said don't worry they have people to check my car for the problem the district manager rode finally called back after Chris from Westbury office tryed To get a little tough with me on 1-5 I finally took it to my mechanic where I had to pay just for them to tell me what I already knew. They broke the plug that connects to the oil I gave the bill to Jamie to give to rod because rod said if they was at fault they would take care of it new heard back I had to take off from work Resolution Sought Pay for the service 160.00 for the service of the dealer and the botched up oil change
