train the staff to be more courteous to customer and to listen to their complaint

I have a 2005 cadillac escalade esv that was taken down to this location for service. when the problem was told to the technician that the vehicle was overfill with oil , and the vehicle is smoking .the technician then told me that the vehicle do not need oil and if overfill it would be up the dip stick.when ask can the filter be change, the technician ask what FITLER. I was denied service which cost three time the amount that Valvoline could have service. BAD SERVICE & BAD FOR BUSINESS. THAT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE that customer is given the technician about their vehicle.and stop being condescending toward customers .professionalism & courtesy goes a long way
