I ordered a couch in January 22' that didn't get delivered in March like they said it would. I emailed and called numerous times to get a new delivery date and couldn't get a hold of anyone for a few months. When I finally did they said they couldn't deliver until July of 22'. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They never processed the refund that they said they would process. I've been emailing them to send a check because the old credit card we had is expired so they can't refund this account and they keep sending me back to my credit card company to dispute the item. I can't dispute the transaction with my credit card company because it's beyond the 90 day. Valyou said they can not do anything to resolve this matter. They mentioned giving store credit but they said they can't do that and retracted that statement. " I understand that you are unhappy with the current resolution and would like a different outcome. However, I have exhausted all of the options available to me and do not have any other resolutions to offer at this time. I know how upsetting this is, however, we do not have any other option to process the payment back aside from processing it as a store credit or having you dispute with your bank for the charges." Based on our records, the store credit in the amount of $1,686.69 was processed last March 27, 2023. A new order was placed using this credit last March 30, 2023 and was successfully delivered last April 7. If this is not the correct order, please provide the specific order number associated with this issue.

I ordered from furniture 3 months ago. The company does not provide any details on when furniture is arriving and they stopped answering my calls or emails. This is very unprofessional and never received my furniture. Resolution Sought To refund me for never receiving my furniture.

We hate to see you go, Juliet/Lidia. Based on our records, your order was already canceled. However, when we attempted to process a refund it didn't go through. Due to the payment processor not being set up that way, we are unable to file a refund. The best and fastest way for you to receive your money back to your original payment method is by disputing this transaction with your bank. We don't offer this lightly because we are charged with every dispute but at this point, this is our only option. Feel free to reach out should you need help with this.
