It has come to my attention that you on my credit report shows VANCE & HUFFMAN LLC collections. This is not mine I am certain this account is fraudulent. please remove this from my credit report. I am reporting adverse credit on my credit report . I do not believe that I have any open account with your company, and I do not recall applying for credit to your company. I believe you have either mistaken me for someone else or this credit was the result of some fraud. In the meantime, please provide me the information that you are required to send under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681g(e) including: Any application for an account initiated in my name. Any transaction records relation to any accounts in my name. Resolution Sought Remove this from my credit report. Also, provide me the information that you are required to send under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681g(e) including: Any application for an account initiated in my name. Any transaction records relation to any accounts in my name.
