Purchased plan 102F4964 9/06/2022. Took effective 10/06/2022. Cancelled 10/31/2022. $100 down payment,$175.28 on 10/06/2022. Called many times on the course of 34 months trying to get a refund. First excuse was because of Covid. I can't even contact them now. Every time was told the same thing, they are working on it. Haven't been able to contact them since November of 2024. I called again in January of 2025. The phone would not ring. My thoughts is my phone number is blocked. Called again today. Phone does not ring. Resolution Sought Refund my money!!

I have extended warranty with Vanguard Vehicle Armor and ever since I have been with them I have had complications for there help. I payed to them $168.00 for 18 months sometimes I can't reach them on 5he numbers they have given to me also there is a claims number difficulties with that number also, they have been g8ving me the run around tha5 8s not fair I put my money into this for what no help from them. My extended warranty is not up until November 27 th of 2026 they have never sent me paperwork, only my cards th8s is not right. Resolution Sought To seebif I can get my m9ney back. They have never helped me just runaround
