I got a call from one of there workers asking me if I wanted to finish paying out my car I asked him how much do I have to pay he told me it was only $3.000 thousand later I find out it was the Vanguard Vehicle Armore so I called them back talk to a manager and told him what happened well he said there where goin to return my money I have not got a cent from them that's a lot of money! Resolution Sought Just to return my money I been waiting for quite a while please

Purchased plan 102F4964 9/06/2022. Took effective 10/06/2022. Cancelled 10/31/2022. $100 down payment,$175.28 on 10/06/2022. Called many times on the course of 34 months trying to get a refund. First excuse was because of Covid. I can't even contact them now. Every time was told the same thing, they are working on it. Haven't been able to contact them since November of 2024. I called again in January of 2025. The phone would not ring. My thoughts is my phone number is blocked. Called again today. Phone does not ring. Resolution Sought Refund my money!!
