I was out of town June 26,2023. I'm a regular customer who've spent lots of money with this company. The day I was out of town my package was delivered and got stolen. I informed the company. My order never appeared so I file a dispute for the missing order. The company sent me a email stating that I'm banned from the site from ordering because I'm scamming and continuously disputed open disputes. I have proof I was out of town & order was stolen. I have proof it's not true about the numerous disputes. I even ordered a pre order item prior to this happening they sent me the wrong order and again I informed them of the preorder picture and the picture of what they sent. They stated in a email that they will send me the correct order. They never did no refund or anything. I not a scammer and never have been! They said things that's untrue. I want my correct order that I paid for that they never sent. The integrity and attitude of this company is fickle. I want my correct order from the preorder. I have proof from my emails and what they Promise to send. Resolution Sought Give me my money or ship my preorder!
