Find another way if possiable. I feel it just not the right way to go.

I am not happy as I was told from the start that it would take 3 years to pay off and it has been over three years. I still owe one more payoff. I have asked for them to get me that pay off at the lowest amount because it has taken so long and I still haven't heard anything from them. I need this paid off ASAP.
I also wasn't told from the start that I would have to claim the write off on my income tax as income. I am beyond upset this has happened. If you don't ever have to do this please don't, find another way.
