This company is using deceptive advertising procedures in regard to their on-line products. The product I ordered and was pictured on-line was not what I received. I ordered a pastel blue and beige quilt and pillow shams. What I received was totally backed and trimmed in Black. There was no Black in their picture. Nor did the pillow shams have the design as shown in their picture. When I requested a return label and my money back their said, "As each of our products is made to order, there may be approximately a 20 variation in color, pattern, binding, and stitches compared the same photos." Going from a neutral quilt backing to a BLACK backing and trim is more than a 20 variation. And to include the pillow shams having a different pattern. Resolution Sought I want a postage paid return the above mentioned items and receive my money back.

This company never delivered a bedspread I ordered January 1st. There's no number to call. When I email them, I get the same response...AI generated. Resolution Sought Refund my money
