This company sold vape products to my underage son online and shipped it to my address. I caught it on our bank statement (because I have access to my son's account because he is a MINOR) and I contacted them, did as they instructed, and I refused to sign for the delivery and it was returned to the sender . I contacted them again through email and explained the situation, having had several correspondences with Den and he said he would refund this transaction when they recieved it back in the mail. My postal informed delivery tracked it back to them on November 6th. However they aren't proceeding with the refund. The last email I sent asking about this they replied stating when their team "receives it and processes it, it will be refunded. " I recieved that email. November 14th. I have been understanding up to this point, however, this should have been resolved by now, considering the circumstances. This wouldn't even have been an issue if this company verified customers ID when purchasing their products. Resolution Sought I want my son's debit card refunded, And I would like them to start ID'ing their customers.
