We gave Christian Vargas $8,500.00 as a deposit to redo our driveway in pavers and to build a small patio in the backyard. He immediately cashed our check and didn't come back to do the work. After several months of us questioning him he finally came and did the patio. It's over a year now and he hasn't come back to complete the job (driveway) or returned our money. Resolution Sought Return the money that he owes us which is $6,500.00
