On November the 5-9 of 2023 my account was hit for a total of 15,383.82. I filed a dispute claim number #a73c and #d221 they denied the claim immediately stating there was no error in the dispute. I called the police and got a police report. And appealed the dispute it was reopened I had to wait another 10 business days the day before they were supposed to give me provisional credits I was told that my dispute was denied this time they stated that I was responsible. I asked them to show me the supporting documents of how they came to that conclusion because they never reached out to the merchants. They sent me some bogus paper work that shows no fault of my own, and I'm still missing money , so even though I'm not supposed to I took matters into my own hands I reached out to merchants and got full documentation from their claims dept that the charges were not only fraudulent I wasn't even in the store the days the money was stolen from my account. I took the documentation and sent it into the bank with new claim numbers #32e1 #d12f I was supposed to have a update/ credits on or before Jan 2-3 today is the 9th I called them and they are now telling me I have to wait up to 45 days for any type of update between all of the disputes, closure,/appeals I've already waited well over 30days. Not only that they made me change all of my passwords etc because they got a ping that someone tried to change my password/email so the bank KNEW my account was compromised and did NOTHING about Resolution Sought I want a refund of all money
