Hi, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Yuyang Hsieh, and I recently graduated from the University of Florida in May 2023. I am reaching out to your organization with a situation that I am currently facing as an international student. Upon my graduation, I moved out from my apartment at BLVD Gainesville, and my move-out date was July 31, 2023. However, I have yet to receive my security deposit refund from the property management. BLVD Gainesville told me to contact their corporate since they are not able to deal with my security deposit. Hence, I contacted the corporate Varsity Campus numerous times , which is located in North Carolina, and no one responded to the phone calls and email. Unfortunately, my current circumstances have me residing outside of the country, which makes it challenging for me to pursue legal avenues such as small claims court. I am reaching out to inquire whether your organization provides assistance related to tenant rights and can offer guidance on the process of recovering a security deposit since their headquarters is located in North Carolina. I value your expertise and would greatly appreciate any support or advice you can offer in this matter, and I look forward to any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue. Resolution Sought To return fully refund of my security deposit.
