Consumer alleges your company is refusing to provide services as promised. On May 14, 2022, consumer states she paid Varsity Driving Academy a total amount of $650.00 to provide driving classes for her granddaughter. She states as of today, she has only received 4 hours and your company has refused to continue because payment has not been made. In which, consumer states is not correct, because according to her American Express card they show you were paid in full, which consumer has the proof. However, as today, no resolution and/or cooperation has been received. So therefore, consumer is now seeking the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicable resolution. Resolution Sought Consumer is seeking for Varsity Driving Academy to continue with the services she paid for.
