I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this company a few weeks ago. Before purchasing the engine light was came on.i informed them of that ,in which they cleared it. They sold me this vehicle with OBVIOUS SAFETY DEFECTS. When I left with the vehicle it cut off at the gas station Unfortunately they were closed. The next day I took it to get an oil change in which the salesperson Dustin Kaiser lied to me and told me that there had been an oil change and tune up Done on the vehicle The vehicle continued to cut off and the engine light came on I immediately contact the salesperson and he tells me no worries the issues will be addressed He kept putting it off and putting it off putting it off until I contact the manager Sean white on his cell phone on the card he gave me at time of delivery When reaching him 1st thing came out of his mouth was how did I get his number At that point I knew there was something fishy going on I told him of the issues and he told me to bring the vehicle back and they will take care of the problems I work afternoon I did miss one appointment the 2nd appointment I missed I had death in my family and left town for the services upon returning I contact Sean He sounded well on the phone and I told him I would text him when on my way I'm an hour and 15 minutes from this location That next morning I text Sean letting him know I was on my way I drove all the way to Flint and they tells me he was out sick Now he tells me he no longer works there car still cuts Resolution Sought The vehicle does have warranty on it again they sold me this vehicle with OBVIOUS SAFETY DEFECTS My Desired outcome they fix whatever needs to be fixed on this vehicle without using my warranty And I did have the vehicle diagnosed myself and Was told what was wrong with it Or give me my $3000 back that I put down on this vehicle take this vehicle back I'm clear and free and cause I'm a female they tried to take advantage of that

We helped her get out of this vehicle and were able to sell her another car that she was happy with. Ive replied to the BBB complaint already. She has until Monday to respond to the response. So, far according to the BBB she has not responded.
