Owner is very disrespectful, insulting and unprofessional.

The owner of Vehicle City Motors disclosed information to a family member. He was very disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional when I contacted him regarding this matter. Note the complaint. I've read many complaints/reviews and there seems to be no resolve.
