Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Contract our chase date on 5/16/2019 for vehicle repairs. On 9/2/2022 VHS received my letter for cancelation of policy as well as a notary letter regarding my mileage. I was told that it takes 8-10 weeks for processing to receive my prorated refund of said policy. It's been 10 weeks and I haven't received my refund , nor, no one calls me back when I call to enquire regarding my refund. My policy number MPM257213. I finally received a call back today after I told the answering service to put in my message that I was contacting the BBB. I was given a different date that they claimed they received my letter. It was 9/2/22 not 9/28/22 as they claimed. I was told by VSC that Sunpath Funding Group is the administrator and they haven't sent my refund to VSC as it hasn't been 8-10 weeks from 9/28/22. Not true. I called Sunpath and was told that they haven't received any cancelation from VSC or any documentation from my account since 2021. Sunpath is investigating. However, I feel like it's a scam. Bad business practices. Especially not returning calls from customers. I need my refund for unforeseen car repairs needed. I'm very upset, however, I'm praying for this company. I really need my money back. Resolution Sought Receive my refund and report the Vehicle Service Center. I would give them 0 stars.
