Vehicle Services Financing Corporation complaints

I purchased a vehicle warranty. I called 2 times to cancel the warranty and was told by Eric he advised me to use Nevada address for better coverage. I was not comfortable, I cancel THE WARRANTY. I asked for specific information to get my money back because the lettering is unledgeable, so small I could not read it. I informed them I could not read it and they said I could print it from my computer. It was still too small. The agent on August 30th, I asked them for the info for cancelation and was told to send a letter with the current mileage of the vehicle and me stating I was canceling my warranty and my signature and for me to wait up to 12 weeks for my refund. I called multiple times to make sure they received the letter and every one I spoke too said no they had not got it. On December 1st, I spoke to Eric and he said they were having trouble with the mail at the address, so gave me a new address to send it to and to wait 12 weeks. I said, I'm sending a 2nd letter will that effect me he said NO because of the address issue. I called today, Feb. 22, 2022, they got the letter and stated couldn't except it because it isn't notorious no one informed me of a this until today. I asked to speak to the manger and he said the window for me to cancel is up and I can not get my money. I was upset, he stated to me I am out of the time to cancel and I would not get a refund which was told to me the address mix up would justify. Resolution Sought It is a scam, they never intended to give me a refund and how many people have they done this to. I would like my refund.
