I had been in a car accident in August 2022. Soon after I began looking around for a repair shop that would accept a PRC voucher. A friend suggested Vehicles Unlimited because they had just fixed her car. I called them asap and spoke with a man who said I could drop the car off anytime. I got my car towed on the night of September 5th and I called the next day to let them know it was there. I advised them that I needed an estimate to turn in so I could be approved for a PRC voucher. A man named Tony Kinds got me an estimate for the amount of 1,999.17$. I was approved for the voucher on September 8th, I called Tony to let him know so he could start ordering the parts. I received my PRC voucher on September 13th. I dropped the voucher off to Tony that morning. Tony told me that the first estimate wasn't the full amount and that more would be added to the bill, he couldn't give me any other information. Finally, Tony sends me the second estimate which he added 1,000$ more to the balance. I went over the work that was needed done and asked that he only fixed what was necessary . He was suppose to send me a new balance but couldn't at that moment so I'd have to wait again to get the amount due. Tony said my car would be ready last week but it wasn't. He then said early next week I could pickup it up. Still no car and it's Tuesday. Now he's saying the parts are wrong and I don't know when the car will be ready. The whole process of dealing with Tony has been unpleasant. Resolution Sought Treat each customer the same. I feel like because I'm a women he took advantage of that. He wasn't professional and kept a tone that seemed very annoyed by my questions and concerns. He should keep it honest when saying what's being done and what's not being done. I felt like I was harassing this place because nobody ever called to keep me updated. When I did call u could sense that my needs weren't being addressed.
