Customer Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Velur for providing multiple false statements, profit reports, and misleading information about comparable land sales. I have held the land for nearly four years now, under the impression that solar companies would be making lease offers on my property, as was originally promised. When I initially questioned why the land was priced so cheaply and why solar companies wouldn't simply purchase the land themselves, I was told that these companies prefer leasing to avoid tying up their funds. The explanation given was that leasing allows them to control more land with less capital, keeping their solar businesses operational. This seemed reasonable at the time, but I am now beginning to doubt the validity of this information. Despite Velur's continued assurances about promising solar projects, there has been no tangible progress or offers for landowners like myself. I am seriously concerned that this may be part of a larger land banking scam. Given these circumstances, I would like to explore the possibility of initiating a class action lawsuit against the company to recover the amount I paid for the land. Please advise on the next steps I should take. Resolution Sought I just want to recover the full amount I paid for the land.

We just received this complaint yesterday and wish they would have talked with us. They never reach out to us. According to the complaint they want their money back, the money they paid for the land. We have no problem buying the property back. We do not want any of our clients unhappy.
