This company is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme

They lure in investors many unexperienced with over priced land that they already own. The land is marked up 2 to 10 times higher than it's worth with the promise of it possibly being sold in 10 years to developers. This organization uses pressure tactics and very old article related to renewable energy to make people thing that your property will be bought out by a solar farm, high speed rails or even a cell phone tower. They already own the land they aren't finding properties for sell for you. And you can only use their agents to purchase the land. You assume that they are providing your moral and trustworthy practices but they are not. It's only to line their own pockets. Once purchased they completely ignore all calls and inquires saying they can't help you with the sell of this property.... Red Flag or any assessments, or anything related to taxes. You are completely ignored. Many of the agents quit once they realize it's a scam. The buyer is stuck paying taxes on a useless piece of land or trying to convince a new agent to hang a sign for it to be sold at an inflated price to make money. I have no idea how their rating here is still high because they've had numerous fraudulent law suits.

This company scams friends of Philippine immigrants by using high pressure tactics to make people invest.

They take you to the property then give you false comparables of recent sales that are really commercial rather than residential. These lots cannot be built on and you have to be bought out by a major builder to make any money on any sale.
