I paid a $375.00 deposit to a representative of Venezia Cabinet & Furniture Finishing to resurface a vintage table top on November 11th, 2021 and my table top was picked up on that day. As of today, I have not received my table top back, after repeated calls, texts, voicemails, and emails to return it and my deposit. I have only gotten excuses and broken promises to deliver. I plan on filing a claim for $2500.00 in Small Claims Court unless the table top & deposit are returned. Resolution Sought I would like my deposit of $375.00 and the table top returned, as Robert Venezia stated no work was done. I went to the address listed on my copy of Job Work Order 0908, but that place of business no longer resides at 74-894 Lennon Place, Suite B-2 in Palm Desert. Also, the phone # (760) 561-5131 listed on the Work Order is not accepting calls.

Per Consumer: Robert Venezia returned my vintage table top and refunded $200.00 in cash of my original $375.00 deposit on Saturday, May 21st, 2022 and agreed to Zelle the balance of $175.00 to me. He completed that as of 8 pm on May 23rd, 2022. I consider my complaint addressed and closed. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
