Yes, I was a victim of theft with my phone and wallet being stolen and I have a police report. They're fighting this as a fact and that II am not the one who has made or authorized nor know who authorized these unauthorized charges I have submitted disputes. I have appealed disputes decisions, even providing police reports. Backing up, that's my card and phone and wallet withholding. All information in passage words was compromised and stolen, and they still are denying my disputes Resolution Sought Give me my money back for the unauthorized charges. In the amounts of 3500 plus compensation for money out-of-pocket spent and time lost from work. Dealing with the situation, postal services, legal fees, document filing fees, which incurred in the amount of Forty seven hundred dollars and to issue the funds in under thirty days

Received an email of Unusual activity on my account. I responded with my valid ID confirming the purchase of Less then $500 in one day was me. Received a response advising they shut down my account and I have to wait for 180 days for the option to withdrawal any funds and they would not respond to any emails until then. I have not received any explanation or reason that I have "terminated or violated my agreement" . I have confirmed payments and my Identity . Resolution Sought Keep the account closed, but receive an immediate option to withdrawal all the funds in this account
