I just want my money put back on card. i put one number wrong and no one will do that or say they can't it should have never been sent it should still be in computer Resolution Sought I just want my money put back on card

I made a dispute with Venmo. When making the dispute I was not told that account would be suspended upon making the dispute. If I was told this I would have gone ahead and withdrawn some money or transferred money before making the dispute. I am a federal employee not being paid right now and friends and family are sending me money through Venmo. Alexis was not very helpful on the call. As she could have reached out and let someone know the situation however did not offer and spoke over me most of the call. It should be disclosed that when filing a dispute whipe account will be suspended as not being able to receive Venmo transfers will cause my family hardship. Resolution Sought Unsuspend my account and return the fraudulent charges
