I opened an emergency account because I needed funds my daughter sent me funds it said that I was able to transfer those funds to my debit card so that I can use them immediately my account was immediately Frozen I provided all the documentation needed to verify that it was me by sending my driver's license which is a photo ID. I was also told that when I got my card I can activate it and use it that way I received my card the account is still frozen holding the funds. There's no reason for them to freeze my account when everything asked for was obtained and now they're sending cards to people that can't even be activated this company is freezing and holding people's funds and the people have no recourse to talk to anyone about anything except for emails or chats. This needs to be looked into this is not how they advertise their business Resolution Sought I want my account unfrozen so I can pull my funds and then I will deactivate my account I will not use Venmo again it seems like a scam.
