Contract was drawn up on June 26, 2021 to install a vinyl fence in my backyard. Job begin date was to be July 19, 2021. That was delayed to material shipping. On July 31, 2021 the contractor dug and cemented approximately 23 posts as to show good faith. Materials came in per venture landscaping on Friday September 24, 2021. Since September 24, 2021 this contractor has set. On October 11, 2021 contractor arrived to finish the install. At this time he realized they mis-measured all 23 posts and could not complete the fence install. On October 21, 2021 they removed all the posts and left them scattered across my yard. During all this time they scheduled and canceled a total of 9 times. They arrived on October 28, 2021. They managed to install 3 of 23 panels and proceeded to leave at 3:00pm as that was their normal end of the day as well as stating they were tired. I went outside to look at what they did complete and realized they installed a panel at the side of my house instead of a gate that was supposed to be there. I have been extremely patient but that patience is now gone. They do not communicate with me and they provide excuse after excuse. I am a single female and I know that if I was a man they would not be handling this job in the same manner. The work they have done is unacceptable and I do not trust their professional abilities or craftsman to install a fence I am set to spend $4500.00 in total. Resolution Sought I want them to stop the job due to distrust and ineptness, remove all the materials from my property and reissue me the $2500.00 I have already paid them
