After 30 days of no response, I gave up now I have to ask myself the question am I going to be able to trust Venture to literally move everything I own except the clothes on my back 300 miles away on time and in good condition? No. I have already started the process and going to contract another company. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding I await your reply and refund. Thank you. We are sorry the communication is not were you would like it, we are hiring and working on getting more customer service representatives to be available for all customers. Like stated on other sites, saying you had zero response is not true. You have spoken to multiple people on multiple occasion regarding your move. Again, we are sorry it was not an instant response, which again we are working on as a company but our records do show you spoke to a couple different representative on our end. Our goal is to never make the customer uncomfortable during an already stressful time so we do take responsibility for that. With the contract signed, there is not a refund available at this time, but are happen to sort out and complete the move for you as originally planned. You are correct, the move is a quick turnaround and we can definitely get it done and regain your trust.

I hired the out of state movers to come to my house and move my belongings to North Carolina. They took two payments but never showed up. They don't respond to my text, calls or emails. Had to cancel my flight and no staying g in a motel because I had all y utilities turned off yesterday. Resolution Sought Give me all my money back a d pay for the inconvenience financially that they caused me.

We are sorry about the inconvenience caused. We have spoken with the carrier assigned and they have stated, they reached out to go over the pick up time. At which point, you told them to cancel the move. As per our contract signed for, if electing to cancel the move on day of pick up a refund is not available at this time. We will however complete a move in the next 12 months.
