I reached out to see if I could lower my bill from $90 a month to their advertised price of $34.99. I acknowledged that I didn't have the mobile service and they told me I could still get my internet service for the $34.99, all I had to do was place an order for internet at a 1/3 lower speed for $80 a month and they'd apply the discounts after I placed the order. And if I didn't like it, they could cancel my order. No only would they not honor the $34.99 price they promised, they wouldn't honor the advertised $49.99 price offered without mobile service. They weren't even aware of the $49.99 offered price, I had to provide them the links to it, showing it was advertised for my address. They would only offer me $74.99 for 1/3 the price and would not cancel my order and reinstate my previous service. They kept me on the phone for 5 hours for literally nothing. Not only is not standing by your employees promises not ok, but false advertising is against the law. Resolution Sought Give me the offered monthly price of $34.99 or refund me for my time on the phone with their reps.

Verizon is consistently overcharging and do not provide an invoice or explanation of charges. Also, our internet speed is grossly under our purchased plan amount, causing lapses in service. Resolution Sought I am moving on from this company as they have exhausted all of our trust. I would like them to credit my form of payment the correct amount.
