Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a service in December and had it set up January 1st. I was told I'm eligible for a promotion since I ordered their service and had it set up before January 3rd. I still have the email about the promotion, it was attached to my order receipt. I was told to wait 24-48 hours for the tile to pop up on my Verizon App. I reached out and was told to wait 30 days for it to appear. After the initial 30 days, I was told to wait 4-6 more weeks for a resolution. I spoke to another representative and they told me to expect it to be resolved by the first week or two of March. I reached out again on the 8th and was told to wait 5 more business days. I don't even bother to reach out anymore. I'm slightly disappointed in how this issue was handled. Resolution Sought For my ticket to be handled accordingly.

Several attempts to apply a discount those who serve to my internet service since november 2023. Did phone calls chats I get disconnected. Can anyone just apply the nursing discount ? Can anyone help me with this and apply the discount?? Resolution Sought Appy discount for last couple months for those who serve
