Verizon exposed to the public and there bad practices

I am making this complaint concerning Verizon billing and dealing with the ACP program. I was having problems with getting approved with Cox website so I tried Verizon Verizon helped me qualified but increased my monthly cost so I was still paying the same amount that I would have without the ACP and after a year they wanted to increase my bill again so I cancelled them . I also want to complain that Verizon and Cox have blocked out any other company that wants to compete and do business here in RI

I would like come to stop and maybe tell me why they're doing it and what's going on and I would like some serious repercussions done

Verizon trucks keep passing by my house taking pictures same with Spectrum trucks I had called spectrum and they said that they had no lines that they were working on outside my house at all when I caught them and the next day Verizon was doing the same thing so I'm starting to get really nervous about it I don't know why they're doing it I have a child here and they're driving by at 2 a.m. taking pictures of my house please help. I would like come to stop and maybe tell me why they're doing it and what's going on and I would like some serious repercussions done to these people who have been taking pictures of me and my family
