Me and my fiancé went to this store last month to see about a phone the advertisement was on Facebook so we went to go look so we got two phones they ran my credit and in the add it said to bring your own phone and you will get $500 but they didn't tell us that or phone from a previous carrier had to be unlocked and not only that they lied about they services it's not a fast speed network because I only have two bars in my phone they over charging us for the phones and they hardly even work we have to use network off of our internet company. Resolution Sought Switch out these Motorola pure g phones for iPhones at zero cost and the bill to be $150 a month and a protection plan on these phones at their expense.
