Broken promises
I was in 2-23-24 to make a payment. I was told by Verizon earlier today if I made a payment my service would be turned back on David processed the payment for me and because my phone service wasn't turned back on as promised I said I wanted my money back. He called his boss Mark and that is when he told me he couldn't refund me. I then said if I don't get my money back I will call the police and he said if you call the police I will make sure you leave in hand cuffs. That is when he told me to get the fuck out of the store and he was going to call 911 on me. He then proceeded to keep swearing at me becoming irate and more violent and calling me other names. I don't appreciate how David treated me he was extremely unprofessional talking to me like he was. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TCC VERIZON ON TALCOTTVILLE ROAD OR 179 DEMING ST IN MANCHESTER. THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. To resolve this issue I want my phone turned back on as promised. I made my payment as promised. If they are not going to turn my phone back on I want a full refund of $384.48. Thanks

Verizon is stealing from its customers by way of hidden fees.
I was a Verizon customer 20 years and started with Verizon when they were a smaller company that cared about its customers. Now that it's a mega Giant greedy pig, it does not care about its customers. This attitude is personified by the snotty brats that work in Verizon stores. I left Verizon because of repeated ill treatment by these snotty brats every time I entered one of their stores. Each one of dozens a Verizon in store reps throughout my experience, with the exception of one or two employees, treated me with rudeness, they were unprofessional, they were unkind, they were not truthful, they were not helpful, they unnecessarily upset me with their false claims, and refuse to provide customer assistance,. Verizon is stealing from its customers by way of hidden fees. So if you like hidden fees and being treated like you're a slave donkey, go ahead be a Verizon customer. I was repeatedly verbally abused by Verizon and store employees in three different Phoenix locations. I would like Verizon to send each and every one of its in-store snotty brat employees to sensitivity training and how to treat older clients because I've never been treated so disrespectfully before by any company employees anywhere else I go. Verizon hires people and trains them to be rude I am convinced of this.
