It's unbelievable that this company is still in business. I couldn't honestly say they take advantage of the people who don't know how to speak English or know the laws. It's been almost 2 months to resolve an issue. I have talked to two managers that were the same as everyone l was being transferred to. Resolution Sought Resolve my issue. To stop stealing from uneducated people but guess what you came across me that saw your true colors.

Hello Ms Mayra, I am in the understanding that your issue was resolved a few days after this complaint was placed. We were able to help you adjust the payment schedule. Since your policy did not receive a payment in October, you were being charged the missing payment in the following two months. (November and December) Since you were not comfortable with that solution, we went ahead and spoke with the company to adjust the billing schedule to accommodate two payments in November (11/22/2023) and one last one for December. This way avoiding you any additional inconvenience. We also waived late fees and our processing fees. We believe we were able to help you to the best of our possibilities. I am able to see you continued with your policy and all has been resolved. If there is anything else we can help you with please let us know.

On 12/5/2022 - 2 days only,.so on 12/7/2022 is when I was in formed by a friend what happen to me on my visit on the 5th. So from the first conversation with Gilbert Vargas. I clearly stated to him I had NO clue on what I was paying /signing nor anything bout buying insurance for myself. I really believed he was helping me and I was thankful. But it didn't seem rt on my head after I left there paying $357.00 that day and every month for the next 6 months $75.15. I wanted to not have monthly payments and if I did that it wouldn't be $75.15 a month with $357.00 down. But I was unaware and first time doing this I told him I had no idea what was what except that I had an almost excellent drobing record and a pretty huge chunk to put down that day. Never once did he tell me that out of the $357.00 I was paying him that day , that $250.95 WAS NOT AT ALL GOING TOWARDS ME OR MY CAR INSURANCE. Nor was i aware of a brokers fee. Yes i signed about 11 times agreeing to what ever he hooked me up with which was car insurance. Why did i have to put down that much and still have monthly payments of $75.15 for the next 6 months. So basically here i am 2 days later with car insurance from Veronica's But out of the $357.00 i have them that day that $250.95 wasn't going towards me. My insurance coverage. I would of never agreed to pay $250.95 knowing it wasnt going to my insurance. He knew I didn't know. So I payed the kid $250.95 out of $357.00 for Resolution Sought Based on it's only been a day and a half by tonight it will be 2 whole days I purchased insurance with Veronica's. I want expect and deserve all my $ back I was not told there was any kind of brokers fee. None especially not $250.00 out of $357.00 was a fee for the kid and not towards my policy. I want my $ bk all of it . My fault for not knowing anything bout purchasing auto insurance. First thing I told him was I was clueless on what he was telling me bodily injury / comp collision.

We appreciate the opportunity you are presenting us to respond to our customer Cynthia Losee. On 12/05/2022 she visited our agency requesting our assistance in obtaining an insurance policy for her 2006 Toyota Avalon, with liability limits 15/30 10,000. Uninsured motorist BI 15/30 and Uninsured motorist PD 3,500. At that time the customer was provided with different quotes. She was thoroughly explained the different types of options she had before she accepted the offer through Anchor General. The policy term was for 6 months from 12/05/2022-06/05/2023 with 5 installments left of $75.17 beginning 12/25/2022, after the due date the policyholder has an additional 10 days to pay with no late fee. We do not consider this complaint to be justified since everything was explained thoroughly. No fees were hidden. All paperwork was also provided to be reviewed where it states all the fees terms and conditions before finalizing the sale. We re very sorry Ms Losee feels that she was misled at anytime. Nevertheless everything was explained and Ms Losee was provided with everything she was offered at the point of sale. If there are any further questions regarding this matter feel free to contact us
