I bought 3 products from this company I received only one after paying more money to ups to hold it tell he could cone pick it up The other two I never received them and they have been telling another 48 hours another 47 hours that's all they keep telling me plus I asked for the pic of the delivery but was once again told another 48 hours wait again A full refund of the products never received and the 8 dollars for the hold on the product I did get but can't use it without the hot tent they go together Resolution Sought A full refund and apology asap

To whom this may concern, I purchased a Stair Climbing Cart from the Home Depot website back in January of 2024. I only used a total amount of three times. My understanding is that this cart could hold up to 220 pounds. The last time that I used it was on May 2 in which I had gone to the Foods Co. and bought two bags of rolls, then I went to Cosco and bought 2 gallons of Apple and two five pounds of clementines and that's it. I know that what I had in this cart didn't go beyond the 220 pounds capacity in which this cart could hold. Anyway, when I went down the stairs of the Civic Center Bart station located in San Francisco, the neck of the handle broke off. Also when I was heading toward the Bart station with this cart, the bottom peace of the cart kept falling off. I had emailed Vevor regarding this matter as well as sending them pictures of the broken neck of the handle but, they didn't gave me a satisfactory answer pertaining to this matter. I had also asked for a refund or a replacement for this product but as I stated, I never received a satisfactory answer pertaining to this matter. I bring this matter to your attention to hopefully get this problem resolved as soon as possible. Thanks! Ron Resolution Sought i'd like to either to get a refund or, a product replacement for this defective product.
