I bought a ticket on Saturday evening for Juan Luis Guerra Concert in Santo Domingo from viagogo.com. They sold me a VIP ticket for almost 500 dollars and when I got there there wanst any VIP area at all, plus the ticket they sold cost a friend almost 150 dollars. I contacted them and sent them the video I shot in which anyone can tell there were no VIP areas, I asked them to reimburse me the almost 350 dollars difference, the fair thing wright? The told me no, so I reach to you guys because they have to stop lying and stealing money away from decent people. Thanks for your help. Resolution Sought Give me the 350 extra dollars they charged for an unexisting VIP area.

Bought tickets for Wimbledon Women's semi-finals in Dec 2021. Up until June 7, site said confirmed, will receive digital. June 7 comes and goes, now they want address, would not deliver to US. Luckily my niece lives in London, sent by post there. Almost a horrible experience. Phone calls were answered by nice people who claimed they could not escalate issue due to "policy", and could only read email trail. There was no way to get to real issue.....Viagogo says they deliver to any country in the world....and do not. Likely because seller would not or could not pay for international delivery. Stay away from this site. Resolution Sought Have all references to global delivery removed from web site. Have viagogo state explicitly that they are never in possession of tickets.
