I was told my plane ticket would cost 485.96 when I checked my bank they charged 264.50 254.50 230.96 they have since refunded 150.00 for my kittens ticket. But I have not received the 230.96. Nathan the agent put I was leaving from Atlanta when I was leaving from Panama City FL. So the mistake about leaving from Atlanta I have not been refunded. I have been calling since December 2 to get my refund with no results. I'm a senior citizen and very much need my refund. Resolution Sought Refund 230.96 for their mistake.

Per consumer, They finally paid me my refund thank you so much for your help. But they should never have taken so long to refund a mistake their agent did and also how I was lied to and brushed off by many of their employees.
